Daily Rates are single or double lodging occupancy. There is a charge of $15/day for each additional person.

A deposit of 50% is required when making a reservation. Payment in full on arrival.  Cancellation is 2 weeks prior notice for full refund. Last minute cancellations are subject to re-renting the room.

We accept Credit Cards, traveler’s checks, personal checks and cash for payment.

Rates are subject to a 7% Maine State Room Tax.

Check in time is between 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. We will gladly accommodate late arrivals if given prior notice. Check out time is before 11:00 a.m.

For the comfort of all our guests, we do not permit smoking or pets in rooms. However smoking is permitted outside.
